Terms:

  • Shared van service, except when VIP Exclusive Service has been requested.

  • Valley Transporter is not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control.

  • Valley Transporter is not responsible for items left in vehicles, or for items damaged in transit.

  • Closed New Year's Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

  • If you are traveling with a pet, (cat or dog), you must book VIP Service.

  • 48 hours is required to cancel service without charges. Call for more information.

  • All rates subject to change without notice.

  • Baggage Allowance:

    Two suitcases and one carry-on. Additional and/or oversized items subject to additional charge.
    Passenger must advise Valley Transporter of additional items at time of reservation
